Life Crafted
Hello friends! I'm delighted to be back today sharing another project with the Explore Life Crafted kit.
I still continue to documented our summer photos. The next bright photo with my eldest son.
I began my spread with a choice of patterned paper. I chose four colors that perfectly match my photo.
I decided to create a spread in my Life Crafted album almost entirely consisting of circles!!
Using the This Is Life "Let's Wander" Stamp, I stamped the circles onto a patterned papers and used a punch to cut it out.
I placed circles on the pages and added embellishments. They were my favorite puffy stickers and stamps.
Finally, I added a few lines of handwritten journaling.

Sunday Sketch with Anna
Hi dear CTK friends! Anna here with you today sharing this months last, but not least, Sunday Sketch. I love all the CTK sketches and this one is no exception.
Also I've a mini tutoral for you later today on the CTK IG-Stories, hope you'll like it.
Let's have a look at this super inspiring one.
Yup, I told you so! It's marvelous indeed!
And here's what I came up with playing around with ditto and the fabulous September Explore Life Crafted Kit as well as one of the beautiful CTK Subscriber exclusive cut files.
Did you know that all of our extraordinary gorgeous digital cut files are designed by our one and only Nathalie? She's amazing, truly.
I kept my design pretty clean and simple and stayed quite true to the sketch this time.
I opted to work with the yellows and light blues in the kit this time and actualy I'm so happy how it turned out. Now I can't wait to see wher the sketch goes with you and your pretty stuff.
One of my top favorites are always the puffy stickers and this bird sticker is truly something extra I think. I decided to build a cluster with the bird as the star, so cute!
Another happy part of the Life Crafted kits are those fun and beautiful PL-cards.
This was perfect for my photo as well as those lovely puffy ones, again! I couldn't resist to add a few more of them, lol! Also the message is spot on for my sweet friend.
Aren't this yellow-blue heart paper just adorable? Irresistible if you ask me.
Of course you need some stitches as well. I love that texture.
And there you have it! Now it's your turn and don't forget to share with us on CTK Fan Page and /or Instagram@citrustwistkits #citrustwistkits. We can't wait to see what magic you'll create.
Be sure to head over to the CTK shop and grab some goodies or maybe sign up for a subscription, you'll absolutely love it!
Until next time! Anna xo

3-to-inspire with Diane
Your prompts this week are:
- Use circles
- Add multiple patterned papers
- Create a see-through element
I decided to create a spread in my Life Crafted album for this challenge, almost entirely out of the pockets! I started by printing my photo full sized (5 x 8.25 inches) and adding my journalling to a circle in Photoshop. Then I chose 3 coordinating papers from the Life Crafted kit. I trimmed my first one down to fit onto the back of a previous layout and then trimmed the other two to 5 inches wide.
To create my see-through element, I placed my two papers back to back and cut a circle from both of them at the same time using a thin metal die. Then I grabbed a spare full-page Life Crafted page protector and trimmed off the side with the hole and some of the top to create a little pocket. I added sequins and then used some washi tape to close the top.
I placed my first paper face down, positioned my pocket on top and taped it in place (making sure all the sequins were in the middle of the circle cut out). Then I glued my other paper exactly on top and stitched around the circle with my sewing machine a few times.
Once I had my holes punched, I added a title, another photo and a few stamps from the Let's Wander stamp set to my first page.
My last step was to create a little badge from the same stamp set on the back of one of my patterned papers and glue it to the back of my divider. The pattern shows through on the back tying the whole spread together!
Thanks for stopping by today and I'd love to see any page you create using this challenge so don't forget to tag me and share in the Citrus Twist Facebook Fan page!

Life Crafted with Krystal
Hi there! Krystal here with a new spread in my 2019 Project Life album using the September "Explore" Life Crafted Kit.
Even though this month's kit has an "explore" theme, I was able to use it to document a couple of very ordinary, very unadventurous days in our lives. It just goes to show how versatile these kits really are! The pretty florals and soft colors in the cards and embellishments I chose were perfect for this everyday kind of spread.
I only had three photos to document, which left lots of space for journaling. I chose three cards to use as journaling spots and one card to use as a filler card. I added a mixture of both typed and handwritten journaling, just to keep things interesting, and added a few stamps from the Traveler's Notebook stamp and the Simple Words Version 2 stamp.
I pulled my color scheme from my photos to give the entire spread a very cohesive look. The blues, pinks, and yellows were perfect for this spread. I used several of the florals from the die cut ephemera pack included in the Explore kit and added a few extra bits from the subscriber exclusive digital cutapart sheet.
The tiny alphas were perfect for adding titles on these small cards! I used them in conjunction with one of the puffy stickers from the kit and with the larger chipboard alphas to create all of my titles on this spread. I love how these combination titles look!
Be sure to check out my process video to see how quickly the whole thing came together.
Thanks so much for stopping by! Until next time,

POCKET LIFE PAGE WITH LAURA
Hello ladies! It's Laura here and I want to show you a Pocket Life page I created with a mix of the Life Crafted kit and Scrapbooking Add-on kit. I love how easy it is to mix them up! The colors and all the beautiful florals and labels are amazing!
I started choosing the base papers for my pockets, a mix of PL cards and 6x8' patterned papers. You can see that they are quite simple but I wanted to add the fun afterwards with all the embellishements. ;)
So, the fun started with all the pretty floral ephemera pieces that were on the Life crafted kit, it's such an easy way to create your own filler cards, there are never too many flowers! Don't you think so?
Then, I continued with the label stickers from the Scrapbooking Add-on kit from the collection Office hours by Pinkfresh Studio. So fresh and bright! They are perfect to add a little bit of journaling. You can layer them on top of your pictures or use them as part of your cards. :)
You can see that it was so easy and fun to create this page! Just add all the beautiful embellishements you can! So, I hope that you get inspired and don't forget to visit the Citrus Twist kit shop to see all their beautiful kits! See you soon!

"Find Joy" with Kira
Hey there! It's Kira and I am back with another layout in my Life Crafted album. At the beginning of the year, I didn't have any set plans for these Life Crafted albums. I thought I would just randomly do a layout here and there, and it would be a nice switch from my everyday scrapbooking. But then I decided to use one as a vacation album, and I just fell in love with this size as a way to document events, rather than random stories. So I am going to be using my teal one as my beach day album! Here's a look at the layout I made today:
I love this subscriber exclusive cut file that says "find joy everyday". I thought it worked perfectly with this photo of my youngest carefully observing a hermit crab on the beach. He is totally obsessed with anything sea creature related, so seeing a crab in its natural environment in real life pretty much made his day.
To decide which paper I would cut out this cut file on, I first needed to decide on what products I planned to use. All of my beach pictures are printed in color since I couldn't bring myself to dull out the vibrancy of the day by printing in black and white. This means that its a tad harder to pick out a color scheme since I have to work with the colors in the photo. So while looking through the papers from the Life Crafted Kit, I stopped on this pretty floral with pink, red, blue and yellow. It was easy to find some papers to match, using both the Life Crafted kit and add-on kit for the month.
I used the floral paper to fussy cut some flowers out. And I used the Signs of Life paper to cut out the cut file. I layered the fussy cut flowers around the cut file, adhered everything down and then stitched around the cut file in pink thread. I added more embellishments around the page from both kits.
On the reverse page, I used one of these pocket pages. I used one of the 4x6 cards from the LC kit, and adhered my photo in the upper left corner. I added some more fussy cut flowers to make the whole layout feel cohesive. I added my journaling and a puffy sticker from the LC kit.
In the 2x4 spot, I fussy cut the library type cards from the Signs of Life paper. I know that the study of crustaceans isn't technically entomology, but I thought it was close enough for the picture of the hermit crab. I cut the library card down to fit, and added more fussy cut florals. I added a tiny word sticker with some foam adhesive.
Here's a look at the entire layout again:
