3 To Inspire with Alena

Hey there friends! It's Alena here with you today— bringing you this week's 3-to-inspire challenge. Let's get into the prompts!

1. Use layers, ie. under your photo  and/or layer your embellisments
2. Use as many little things as possible, such as enamel dots, puffy stickers, sequins....
3. Use flowers or leaf branches.

Here's what I came up with.

I made LC spread using the OH WHAT FUN! CHRISTMAS kit. As you can see, I created two clusters on different pages using layering pieces of patterned paper and then added small accents. I like to create verticals and horizontals using flower twigs.

Use the three (3) prompts to create your own project and share it with us on our Facebook Fanpage!

Thanks for stopping by and I hope that you have a great day!

Sunday sketch with Alena

Hey everyone!  It's Alena with  layout for Sunday Sketch.

Here's a look at the sketch this week:

I created the layout using the new beautiful products  :

I fell in love with this sketch as soon as I saw it. I decided to create colored triangular clusters. Digital elements were chosen for embellishment, and I also added fussy cuts garden tools. I chose puffy stickers for the title.

Well, then it is time for you be inspired by the sketch to create a page of your own.  Remember to share your creations with us on the Citrus Twist Kits Friends page on Facebook or by using #CTK, @Citrustwistkits on social media.  I cannot wait to see what you create with this sketch.

Sunday sketch with Alena

Hey everyone!  It's Alena with  layout for Sunday Sketch.

Here's a look at the sketch this week:

I created the layout using the new inspirational TRAVELOGUE 23 LIFE-CRAFTED KIT.

The basis of the layout is a white cardstock, on which I added fragments of patterned paper.

I replaced the vertical that is on the sketch with round elements. I also added pieces of Ephemera that perfectly match my pink down jacket in the photo.

Sunday sketch with Alena

Hey everyone!  It's Alena with  layout for Sunday Sketch.

Here's a look at the sketch this week:

I used this sketch for my first page of the new album 2023. I fell in love with this album and couldn't wait for the new year to start it.

I like the SLOW DAYS mini-kit palette. I layered pieces of patterned paper and floral Ephemera. All the words and title were glued with foam pads. I decided to group the small phrases.

To balance the composition, I added mini titles using tiny alphabet cardstock stickers.

LIFE CRAFTED FRIDAY WITH ALENA

Hello friends! Here is Alena and a little Christmas inspiration for you!

If you will keep your memory in your album about the Christmas tree, then I suggest you be inspired by my options for spread about it using JINGLE ALL THE WAY CHRISTMAS 2022 KIT

I made the first Christmas tree out of incredible embellishments that are included in the Christmas Kit. I stretched out 4 laces, which were secured with eyelets, and placed embellishments on top of them.

For the second Christmas tree, I chose several shades of green patterned paper and made paper tassels. The tassels were placed in the shape of a Christmas tree.

Later I plan to add a photo of our family to the whole page.

I hope you liked my ideas!

Sunday Sketch with Alena

Hey everyone!  It's Alena with  layout for Sunday Sketch.

Here's a look at the sketch this week:

And here's what I came up with using the wonderful products of the January release.

I created a layout about my son. I changed the sketch a bit. Instead of photo #2, a cluster of embellishments was added.

I love Ephemera this month, it's just perfect for kids photos.

I used one of the puffy stickers for the title. Also I made origami stars and arranged them together with puffy star stickers.

I love these new stamps with handwritten font! I added a few phrases as a journaling.

Sunday Sketch with Alena

Hey everyone!  It's Alena with  layout for Sunday Sketch.

Here's a look at the sketch this week:

And here's what I came up with using Merry&Bright Christmas Kit.

In the photo, my youngest son in his first Christmas days.

I chose some gorgeous sheets of paper with a 6x8 pattern and layered them. So that the embellishments do not merge with the patterned paper, I added a piece of vellum.

In the lower right corner I have put together a composition of pieces of Ephemera and fussy cut elements.

To fill the empty space a little, I decided to add some white sequins.

3 To Inspire With Alena

Hey friends!  Alena here today with this week's 3-To-Inspire challenge.

I would like to inspire you with my mini album and three tips for your future projects.

1. Stamped title.

2. Gold (puffy stickers, dots, sequins...)

3. Tickets, labels...

I decided to make a mini album about the last week of December 2020, just before the New Year. I used the gorgeous Merry & Bright Christmas 2021 kit, stamp , digitals and Penelope Stamp sets.  The cover was made of fabric from the packaging of this kit.

The basics of the pages are white cardstock. The size of each page is 4x6.

I love the new set of stamps. I think I could use it on every page.
