Hey friends! Welcome to another edition of Sunday Sketch. Today I'm sharing a gorgeous layout I made for a friend using photos of her little one. It's such a colorful and fun layout, I hope you enjoy it!
You can see how I created this page in the process video over on my Patron. I love how it turned out! It's so colorful and fun for a summer baby layout. I had to modify the sketch to fit within my 8.5x11 size layout. I did a huge title up top that I hand stitched and backed with the wood grain paper from this month's kit. I also brought more of that wood grain patterned paper down to my photo mat, as well as some colorful yellow lemon patterned paper from kit. Perfect for these summertime plant nursery photos! I made sure to sprinkle lots of bright yellow around the page and love how it turned out.
Happy Sunday friends, hope you get creative using your kit today!

Life Crafted with Laura Rahel
Hey friends it's Laura Rahel Crosby here with you today and I've got a life crafted page to share. I'm created this 9x12 Project Life page for my 2018 album using this month's kit and I love how it turned out. The white acrylic "hello" is probably my favorite part! So pretty. Perfect for documenting a day visiting my hometown and catching up with an old friend and my baby niece.
I kept the page really simple with just a couple embellishments and cards from this month's kit. I loved that blue 3x4 card and made it a center statement to build my page around. I created the bottom right card using a few of the acetate pieces in this month's kit. All I need to do to finish the page is add a little bit of journaling to that card and it'll be another page in my album! I hope you've enjoyed this page and are feeling inspired to get creative with your Life Crafted Citrus Twist Kit this month. Make sure you're following me on YouTube to see how I put this page together later in the month.

Scrapbook Layout with Laura Rahel
Hey friends, Laura Rahel Crosby here today. I'm sharing a 12x12 traditional scrapbook page I made using the July Citrus Twist Kits. The cool pink tones in the kit were perfect for a set of photos I had of my sister, my baby niece, and myself, where we were all wearing blue and pink. You can follow me on youtube to see how I created this page and other projects I make using my Citrus Twist Kits.
I was aiming for lots of texture on this page, which I achieved by using texture paste through a floral modeling stencil, by chain stitching that gorgeous cut file I used for my title, and by adding lots of layers behind each photo. I used four different patterned papers from the kit to back my cut file and I love how it turned out. I created a subtitle using the wood grain alphabets and then finished off the page with a little journaling in two different spots. I love how much texture the final page has.
I hope you've enjoyed this look at how I'm using my CTK this month. Happy crafting!

Week in the Life with Laura Rahel
Hey friends, it's Laura Rahel Crosby here with you today, sharing a peak into my Week in the Life album for 2019. This year is my first year doing week in the life and I'm approaching the project in a very intentional way- asking questions about my life, purpose, values, and future, and then using the photos throughout the week to tell stories answering or addressing those questions! Because the project is going to be so story oriented, I wanted to have an introduction explaining what the album was about. My July Citrus Twist Kit was perfect for creating this full page of journaling next to a full page photo of myself to act as my into to the 6x8 album.
I created so many paper layers using different patterned papers from the kit, as well as ephemera/die cuts, and many of the stamps. I love how it turned out! Pink is one of my main colors in this album and all the pink touches in the kit worked perfectly to tie this page in with my vision/color scheme for the album. I'll be sharing this process video and more using my CTK throughout the month over on my YouTube channel so make sure you're subscribed to my channel over there and you'll be able to catch all the videos as I post them!
Do you ever create full pages of journaling? I love the story telling element of scrapbooking and I hope this inspires you on how you can use your CTK to tell your stories too.

Life Crafted with Laura Rahel Crosby
Hey friends, it's Laura Rahel Crosby here today and I'm so excited to share one of the layouts I made this month using the Life Crafted kit. My favorite thing about the Life Crafted kit is that it is designed to work with any kind of project you want to make. You can use it to make traveler's notebook pages, pocket pages, traditional scrapbooking pages- whatever you want! It's truly about crafting the memory keeping projects of your dreams. And I love that adaptability aspect of the kits. Today I'm sharing a fun 8.5x11 scrapbook layout I made this month.

I've been super into warm colors lately with a 70's vibes- all the yellows, reds, and oranges. So I made this layout as my first attempt in exploring this new style direction of mine. I also played around with mixed media and am loving the result! I created a fun border down the left side of the page using one of the floral stamps from this month and a strip of tissue paper I had in a gorgeous blush and gold color. I also created a fun, painted background using gold shimmer acrylic paint that was watered down. The end result looks like a gorgeous yellowish-blush shimmer mixed media background for my photos which I adore.
The black foam phrases and icons in the June Life Crafted kit were perfect for traditional scrapbooking so I made my title out of that and added some of the icons across my page. You know I had to add journaling too- as I like to do that with 95% of my layouts! I used patterned paper and ephemera from the kit to mat my photographs. And I finished the page off with a couple of black enamel dots and some hand drawn hearts. I hope you have enjoyed this projects. Make sure you're following me over on YouTube so you don't miss any of the projects I make with my Citrus Twist Kits each month! Happy crafting, Laura

Add On Kit Layout with Laura Rahel Crosby
Hey CTK fans, it's Laura Rahel Crosby here. Today I'm sharing a pretty 8.5x11 scrapbook layout that I made using the Citrus Twist Kits add on kit this month. This month's add on kit has lots of the All Heart Collection by Crate Paper. I cut out the pretty photo-realistic flowers and butterflies from one of the patterned papers and scattered them across the page.
I used the Heidi Swap gold phrase stickers for my title and to add some gorgeous hearts all around the page. Different patterned papers layered up to mat my photos. The cork pieces from the CTK this month are so pretty, so a couple of those made their way on the layout too. Then I finished the page off with some light pink paint splatters!
I love the details and all the gold and pink together. So pretty! The blue patterned paper around my photo made the photo pop with all those flowers and embellishments around. An unusual choice since there wasn't blue anywhere else on the page. Hope you're feeling inspired to grab your CTK and make something pretty with it today!
Happy crafting! xo, Laura

Life Crafted TN Page by Laura Rahel
Hey friend, it's Laura Rahel from https://www.laurarahel.com. Today I've got a gorgeous traveler's notebook scrapbook page to share with you that I made for my CTK Life Crafted album using the April Life Crafted kit. The kit this month have the most gorgeous pastel colors and I took full advantage of that in this layout- all the pastel pinks and greys! Make sure to watch the process video to see how this page was created.
One of the fun challenges for me this month was seeing how I could use the kit because it is coffee themed and I don't drink coffee (or tea.) I always love seeing how I can use products from one theme for a different purpose (like using non-Christmas products in a Christmas layout.) As you can see, this finished traveler's notebeook page has nothing to do with coffee but was made using the Make it a Venti Life Crafted kit, proving how diverse the kits can be.
I hope you've enjoyed this look at my process, make sure to follow me on YouTube so you don't miss any of the fun projects I make with the kit this month. Hope you're feeling inspired to scrapbook!

Project Life Challenge with Laura Rahel
Hey there CTK fan! I'm Laura Rahel Crosby, a memory keeper and self-love advocate from Charlotte, NC. I'm really excited to share one of my April Citrus Twist Kits projects with you today because if you know me, you know that documenting my story is an important part of my life. I love scrapbooking and sharing that inspiration with you! Today I'm working in my 2018 project life album with the April 2019 Life Crafted kit.
The gorgeous colors in the kit this month are perfect for documenting the week I met my new baby niece last year. The photos I was including were filled with lots of whites, creams, pinks, and grey tones which matched the pinks and yellows in the kit awesomely. Watch the process video to see how this page came together!
My challenge for you is to use this month's life crafted kit in an unconventional way. I used mine to document photos from 10 months ago instead of from this month. From a totally different season in my life and of the year. How will you use your Life Crafted kit?
Happy crafting friends,
Laura Rahel

Kitten Traveler's Notebook Page with Laura Rahel
Hey friends, it's Laura Rahel Crosby here and today I'm sharing a gorgeous page I made for my Life Crafted album by CTK. To make this page, I'm using the March 2019 Life Crafted Citrus Twist Kit and there's an awesome process video for you to see how the page came together.
This layout was sweet and easy. I wanted a neutral color background paper to go with the neutral colors in my photograph so I created my own. I used lots of phrases from the stamp sets this month and stamped them to make that gorgeous patterned background paper. I layered my photograph on some patterned paper from the kit and embellished using white thread and various ephemera and chipboard pieces from the Life Crafted Kit this month.
My favorite part of this page (aside from the photo of my kitten of course,) is that adorable scalloped envelope and the tag I made to go inside which holds some journaling. I love the simple, neutral mood this page has- exactly what I was aiming for.
I hope you enjoyed seeing this traveler's notebook layout I made! Make sure you follow me on Youtube to see all of my crafty projects and I'll catch you next time. :)
