A Whimsical Tuesday Tutorial with Amanda Baldwin!

Amanda here, for more November Kits inspiration with this month's edition of the Tuesday Tutorial!
I just fell head over heels with all the gorgeous papers and embellishments in the Sunshine In My Soul Scrapbook Kit - SO.much.pretty!!! I was especially drawn to all the Whimsical collection items from Paige Evans, and couldn't resist using them for today's post.
Here's what I've created.....

Other Supplies: Shimmerz Paints Paste-eez in Peach Fuzz, & Shimmerz Paints Vibez in Pop Art Pink and Sweetheart. 

Sigh! Full of whimsy indeed!
Happy girls are the prettiest, and when you team their photo with fussy cuts from the Paige Evan's Whimsical paper #3, you're bound to have sunshine in your soul!
I may have sat for an hour fussy cutting this entire sheet of paper, but I honestly think it was worth it!
Once cut, I played around with the layout design and what would work best for my tiny photo. I then applied my mixed media element, & added all those pretty blooms! It was then a case of lots of embellishments and pretty adornments to my sweet photo.

Aren't they gorgeous girls?! Celebrating the happy life, for sure!

The Thickers from the Embellishment Kit are fabulous! Just look at that shiny foil title! 

And I'm loving those Vicki Boutin Field Notes "Ink Spill" stencil hearts! 

SO many pretty details from florals, to hearts and those sweet butterflies! Perfect for these two whimsical girls!

Tuesday Tutorial with Leigh

Hi friends! Leigh here with a clean and simple Tuesday Tutorial and a process video.

Just punch two inch circles from four different papers from the March 2017 "Oliver" Scrapbook Kit, and two photos.

Type, print or hand write your journaling.

Add a few foam hearts from the Freckled Fawn Foam Words pack, and a title.

Finish off the page with some stitching, and voila! This quick and easy, clean and simple page, is done in no time.

Too much pretty stuff! - Suse Fish

What a lovely problem to have, eh? Liking a kit so much that you want to use it all!

I think the strip of beautiful yellow ribbon first got me thinking about how lovely a pink, egg yellow, black and white layout could look. It's lovely when your layout inspiration comes from the products themselves.

This page tells the story of how unique this little lady is. Very often, Mr Fish and I will exchange glances as she dances about the room singing at the top of her voice and just know that we're both thinking, "Did we have something to do with making this crazy little person?"

I decided to cut my title out of vellum, but as I mention in my process video, stitching carefully around each letter was a bit of a labour love!

I was like a kiddy in a sweet shop with both the embellishments and the stamps - you know when you just freeze, because you want to use it all?

I throughly enjoyed making this one and I'm super pleased with the fresh, bright result. Hope you enjoy the video, friends.

When it's too pretty to throw away!

Sometimes a kit is SO good that even the packaging is too pretty to throw away! To create this layout, I used a few pieces of packaging, a few bits left over on my desk from my Pocket Life, Embellishment and Sprinkles kits and as much gold as possible!

Hi everyone! I hope you are all having a great summer!
Lucia here today to share with you my new process video. I filmed my creative proces while working on a 12x12 page for Citrus Twist using the main and sprinkles July 2015 kits and it's one of my recent favorites :-) I'm loving the grid design these past few .. ehm .. months, so here's one of my "grid inspired" pages, including LOTS of layering, too :-)

Hi there! Here is Amelie and today this is a sad post for me... because it is my latest post for Citrus Twist Kits. 3 years in this team, times flies so fast! 3 years with so talented girls and so amazing kits! Thank you so so much Trina for giving me this opportunity to work with you it was such a pleasure! I am very grateful!

Our June Kits are Here + Process Video

Hi everyone, June is here and so are our kits. Today we are sharing pictures of both the Main and Pocket Life kits that coordinate perfectly.We also have a mixed media process video at the end that is so much fun to watch. Angie Gutshall visually walks you through how she created a wall hanging for one of her kids.

This is June's "Sweet Life" Main kit, packed with brightness.
