Hello!
It's Mira here again and I am bringing You another Pocket Inspiration where You'll see August Pocket Life and Sprinkles Kits in action!
There's plenty to share so I'll let the pictures speak for themselves, OK?
Don't You love documenting Your Summer adventures? I really really do! There's so many pictures to include in the album! So many great and sunny memories! I just love going back to those memories in the middle of winter!
Here are the details:
Again - a lot of Amy Tan stickers! They go perfectly with Dear Lizzy puffy stickers (PL Kit) and Fancy Pants Puffy Dot Stickers (from Sprinkles Kit), bringing a lot of energy to the pages! And their colors are amazingly juicy!
I made so many pages with those two August kits (didn't have a chance to photograph them all) still I have so many goodies left and ready to play with! I'm sure You'll agree with me that working with Citrus Twist Kits is pure pleasure!
Thank You for coming here today! Have a fantastic week!
ps. Are You ready for a September Kits reveal?

Tutorial: DIY Travel Notebook Insert by Evelynpy
Step by Step:
- Choose your fav pattern paper that you will use for the cover of your notebook. This time I choose this floral pattern paper because I do love the both side. I take my old notebook to measure it so the new cover will have the same size.
- After that I use ruler and scoring knife to mark the paper so later on I can fold it and cut.
- Fold the paper according to the mark.
- Use your scoring knife to fold it so the result will looks great and cant damage the paper.
- Again I use the old travel notebook to make sure the new one have the same size.
- I use the scoring knife to give another mark for the right side of the cover insert.
- I cut the rest extra paper that I will not use.
- Put the white paper of the notebook together with the cover insert.
- Stick it together and fold it again so you will have exact size of the cover with the white papers.
- Decorate the cover with some stickers. Make it pretty!!! It's ready to use!
After I have a new insert for my travel notebook, I decorate it using some stickers from Crate Paper. You can find it in August Add On Kit.
Here is the look of the inside, you can put some photos, stickers or another embellishment and do memory keeping on the go.
Have a try and good luck! *wink* Love Evelyn

Two ingredients to create magic
Hello!
It's Mira here today sharing an idea of how You can bake Your own AWESOME Clean&Simple Project Life cards with only two ingredients! One of them is Amy Tangerine sticker pad from August Pocket Life Kaleidoscope Kit. Second magic ingredient for today will be tadaaaaa: white cardstock!
You see? This is going to be VERY Simple idea:
You can use one sticker only, attach it to the center of Your card and You'll just love the effect!
But You can go further and create patterns! I made two cards with donuts and one with owls:
These cards are so cheerful that I didn't need anything else to embellish my pocket page!
I really hope You like the idea that I presented here today. Be sure to visit CTK blog tomorrow to see more of these stickers in action! I promise there will be more than just stickers :D
Take care, and don't forget to share Your projects with us!

3-To-Inspire with Aimee Dow
Yay! Super excited to be here for 3 to Inspire this week. I've thought about it a lot and I've decided this week we are going to explore design principles. Some I use all the time and one that is way out of my comfort zone. I hope you'll give it ago and try something new too. So here they are:
1. White on white.
Think texture paste on white cardstock. White pattern paper on cardstock or visa vera. Or even better a white die cut on white cardstock that casts shadows. The world is your oyster.
2. Get Messy.
I'm the first to admit this is not my cup of tea, but I love this layout and it has texture paste, watercolour paint and spray paint splatters.
3. Three of the Same.
This is a classic, especially when creating clusters. They don't have to be the same size, just 3 of the same embellishments. I used three of the chipboard hearts from the Dear Lizzy Thicker Set.
Now it's your turn! Use the three prompts to create your own projects and share them with us here in the gallery and/or our Facebook Forum. Now go forth and get your scrap on! I can't wait to see what you come up with.

Pocket Life Sketch Friday with Kasia
Hello on Friday! It's Kasia here with another Pocket Life post!
You might have noticed by now that I love to keep my pocket scrapbooking spreads simple and rather minimalistic. Of course I love beautiful embellishments and colorful bits and pieces which decorate my album but the base of my pages is usually white and bright.
This month though... as soon as I opened the Pocket Life kit I knew that I'll have to bend my own rules regarding the color scheme of the album. You know this new Dear Lizzy 6x6 paper pad from August kits - well I fell in love with it and immediatley made it foundation of my pages!
I created my own cards by trimming some papers from paper pad and from the main Scrapbook kit from August. I also used here few of the Citrus Twist Kits exclusive cards.
To brighten up the pages and calm some of the busy designs on patterned papers I decided to make my own journaling blocks - again I grabbed the Pocket Life cards, trimmed them and layered on my base cards. This little trick helped me a lot and my composition became much more pulled together.
The tiny bits and pieces and cute embellishments are my favorite! I couldn't hold myself and decorated my pages with pieces from various August kits - it always amazes me that they mix so nicely together!
What are your favourite embellishments? I definitely like the puffy stickers and word stickers the most! Can't stop hoarding them :)
I wish you fun and creative weekend! If you need some extra inspirations here are the sketches that I hope will help your creative jucices flow!
Make sure to share with us the things that you made with August kits on Instagram or Facebook! It's always fun to see your creations! :)
