In today's simple strategy post, I'll share how I work with colour. I start by selecting three colours from my photos : yellow, blue and green. Then use one of them (in this case green) for my background and the other two as the main building blocks of my layout, gathering papers and die-cut elements in those hues and clustering them together for maximum impact.
I've used supplies from the Main Kit, the Add-On Kit, the Add-On Paper Kit and the Embellie Kit on this page. The Star & Bee chipboard arrows and the 'love, love, love' stamp are from previous kits while 'fun' word title is from my stash. Remember to leave a comment with your guess of what's in this month's kits and you'll be entered to win a $5 GC to the CTK shop!
I have no idea if it's a CT original or another brand, but I love the yellow pocket and tag!
ReplyDeleteThe yellow pocket and tag are from an American Craft line. Any guesses which one Ruth ?

DeleteI'll guess either the Glitz "Finnley" line or "Wild & Free" line for that awesome background paper!
ReplyDeleteIt is a Finnley paper from the Add-On Kit in the background.
