HOPE SCRAPBOOK PAGE WITH ANGELA

Hello dear friends,

It's Angela here with you today, with a scrapbook page I made with Weekender kit and the Wish Dream Do cut-file Citrus Twist cut file.

Scrolling my phone, I came across a photo of flying balloons in a bright blue sky. It's a picture from last summer that my son took during a religious event in my town. I know that a lot of countries don't allow flying balloons anymore but they remind me a feeling of hope, especially in this uncertain moment of our lives. 

Luckily, this month we have two gorgeous balloons Wish Dream Do cut-file, available in the shop and I decided to use it to create a layout. 

The base of the page is a 12" Bazzil White. To back the balloons I used scraps of papers from Life Crafted Weekender kit an before adhering it onto the page, I created a soft background of blue clouds with oxide inks and a stencil.

For the title Hope, I used gold puffy sticker alphas, always from the kit. To make it stand and add a bit of texture to the page, I created a white stitched line underneath. 

I stitched again a line under the photo and the houses at the bottom of the page. The line of houses is from Weekend Life stamp, March 2020 This Is Life and it's absolutely adorable.

To mat the picture, I used some journaling cards that I cut slightly bigger than the photo except one. I liked the phrase 'Well, aren't you just a ray of sunshine'. So, I changed the journaling card in a tag that peep under the photo.

I added a few other stitched lines on the balloons strings and I finish up framing the page with some strips of paper and some stitching.

Life Crafted with Marivi

Hi everyone

Today I am here with two projects, using Weekender Kit and the Life crafted album.

For this first project I have used a couple of cards and different papers.

I use one of the cards as the title of this layout.

With some dies I have made circles and stars that I have then sewn into a banner. I have added puffy hearts and sequins.

To finish a stamped label.

For the second project I have included two photos, one on each page, one in black and white and one in color.

I have printed several sentences on paper and then I have cut and pasted them on the first page, above the photo, I have also splashed with a little ink.

In part of a label ,I have written down the date.

On the protective page, the larger photo with a small decoration, and in the small pocket a flower pael with the other part of the label with different phrases, handwritten and stamped.

3-to-Inspire with Marivi

Hello everyone, I'm Marivi, and I'm very happy to be here for the first time.

These are my three elements:

1. White background

2. Stitching

3. Alphabet stickers

I used a picture of the beautiful carousel in my city, with a card with colors that blends perfectly with it.I added a die-cut piece (Citrus Twits),too.

For the other page a white background and the precious golden puffy alphabet (Citrus Twits), for the title of the layout.

And finally I have sewn the title, to give a personal touch to the project.

I have left part of the leftover thread loose, to finish decorating,in addition to another die-cut, a margarita of the three that includes the package.

It is a very simple project, which I hope you like and inspire to create your work with this beautiful kit.
