3-TInspire with Traci

 

Hey friends! Traci here with you today with the 3-To-Inspire challenge!  I'm using my recent oh-so-simple page as inspiration for today's challenge!

My 3:

1. 3 Square Photos

2. A Title that's made from stamps AND stickers

3. Journaling directly on your background paper.

I wanted to work WITH this glorious background paper (I printed 2 copies and flipped one horizontally to get this look) instead of against it, so everything I created on this page was with that thought in mind!

The journaling and title move with the rainbow arches, except the where I have my photos, and the "Wild Child" portion of the title anchors my photos similarly to the way a cloud would anchor the rainbow!

I encourage you to try something like this today! Keep it Simple & Sweet!

Sunday Sketch with Nathalie

 

Hi there!

Welcome to a new Sunday Sketch challenge, Nathalie with you today to share some inspiration using this week's sketch and our new GOING PLACES Digital collection.  I am so glad to have the sketch to work with, as it helped me put the layout together super in no time (and trust me, I need another 24hours added to the day everyday!).   Here's this week's sketch:

And here is what I have created inspired on the sketch for my 6x8 Album

Sketches are like blueprints for your projects, and for me was a great way to bring a few ideas together.

I knew that I wanted lots of paper layers for my project, something that will bring the stitching texture,   as well as the little frames.  

I cut all the papers for this layout from the Going Places Digital Patterned paper, even the small frames are in the patterned paper designs for the month.  I had fun fussy cutting out the frames, and backing my photos with them.

I decided to flip the sketch 90 degrees, that meant the photos will be stacked vertically which helped with my design. Then it was all about bringing the little strip of paper that anchors the paper and the stitching together.... my choice,  let's "tie" the layers to the page!  The twine serves to anchor it all to the page, and adds the texture I was looking for.

I moved the location of the title to suit my page better.  I am using bits and pieces from past CTK kits to complete my page.

I love how this turned out! and it really came together in a flash!   Remember to share with us your take on this week's sketch!

3-to-Inspire with Ettiene

Hello everyone.  I'm so excited to be here this Saturday with another 3-to-Inspire.  I'm using this months digital kit called Going Places to create a layout using the following recipe for inspiration:

1. A list

2. Fussy cutting

3. A texture element

I love how bright and cheerful this months kit is.  Its perfect for documenting all the places we are going this summer.  Here is a look at the layout I created following this recipe.

For my list I decided to document a short bucket list of the 3 things I am looking forward to doing this summer.  I used the tiny alphabet stickers for my list along with the white back to basics numbers.  I always have a lot of numbers left in my alpha stickers so lists are a great way to use them up.  

 For the right side of the page I fussy cut the sun paper.  I then reassembled it onto that beautiful blue dot paper from the digital kit.  I added a bit of stitching for my texture element.

  The final touch was stamping of my title using the Sadie alphabet set

Sunday Sketch with Jasmin

Hi Friends! Jasmin here with a 12x12 Layout using this awesome Sketch.

I have chosen an older Collection for my Layout. 

First, i printed my pictures and Cut the patterned paper with my cutting machine. My title is CAR SELFIE.

Around the Pictures i decorated with Bits and pieces from the Gather 2022 Kit.

I love creating with Sketches. I Hope you like it.

3-TO-INSPIRE WITH MARINA

 

Hi, crafty friends!

It's Marina with you today with a new 3-to-Inspire challenge. 
This time I used a mix of our beautiful digital files and edited them according to my suggestions this week, namely:

1. Change the palette of digital cards according to your photos
2. Use vellum or overlay 
3. Spread dots for bright accents

Here is what I have created using the prompts and our awesome Digital Files:

I love creating with digital papers and embellishments because I can always pick just the right color, shade and size that I want - always a perfect match, it's just great!

I use Corel Photo-Paint for editing, but you can use Photoshop or any other program you like.

And you can also print a digital file on anything: paper, vellum, overlay, or sticker paper - I love vellum, which can not only dull down an overly bright photo, but also gently complement it. 

Here I used four of our digital collections LIFE IN MOTION, SPRING DREAMS, SUNSHINE and CRAVE because each of them is beautiful in its own way :)

I also added our all occasions stamps "ALL THE THINGS" and the TEAL GREEN puffy alphabet because our physical products are great too and always at my fingertips! :)

Oh, I love those little colored touches that dots give! :)

I love digitals and use them very often when creating my pages, and you can find them right HERE in our shop! :)

Sunday sketch with Alena

 

Hey everyone!  It's Alena with  layout for Sunday Sketch.

Here's a look at the sketch this week:

I created the layout using the new beautiful products  :

I fell in love with this sketch as soon as I saw it. I decided to create colored triangular clusters. Digital elements were chosen for embellishment, and I also added fussy cuts garden tools. I chose puffy stickers for the title.

Welcome to 3 to inspire! The challenge for this week is:

1. Use your pocketpage cards

2. Use left over diecuts

3. Use digital elements

For this challenge I made a pocketpage, the front and back with all the gorgeous ctk products. I have filmed my process and chat about how this spread came to life. You can find the video here: process video
