3-To-Inspire with Emma

Hi friends!  Emma here with the final 3-To-Inspire challenge for September :)

We share this challenge every Saturday for those of you that are looking for a little extra push to get scrapbooking, to keep scrapbooking, or those just looking for a challenge (and the chance to win a little something is an added bonus!).

I hope you'll join in with me this week using the following prompts:

1.  Use 3 different patterned papers on your page (either 3 different sheets of paper or if you have a paper with multiple patterns on it, you can use that too!)
2.  Use a triangle shape AND a circle shape on your page
3.  Add stitching on your page (either machine or by hand!)

And here is the page I created:

I used the Add-on kit for this page - I love all the Turn The Page items included!  And it helped with this page as the Paige Evans Turn The Page "12" has multiple patterns on one side so I was able to use one piece of paper and get my 3 patterns!

I used my trusty scissors to hand-cut all my triangle shapes (so they're all a little wonky) and then put the together randomly at the top and bottom of my page and machine stitched them in place.

Once I had the triangle pieces set I used my little circle punch to cut out circle shapes of the same pattern and layered them on top with a small foam dot behind to give them a little dimension.

My photo's, title and journaling are centered in the middle of my page.  I print all my photo's at home so I'd printed out two of the same photo with one being slightly bigger than the other (at that time I couldn't decide which size I wanted to go with) and ended up using both by just layering one on top of the other!

Now it's your turn! Use the three prompts to create your own project/s and share them with us here in the gallery and/or our Facebook Forum.  I look forward to seeing your project!

Thanks, Em xo
