Today we are playing with BasicGrey, sharing a little blog love between our two websites and doing some giveaways. Read on to learn how you can earn a chance to win. We are offering our first self-paced class with Design Girl Angie Gutshall who got to play with BasicGrey's Capture line for her Mini Album class.

BasicGrey
has offered to sponsor a giveaway for our Citrus Twist Kits fans. One lucky winner will receive a $20 credit to the Basic Grey online store! All you need to do is register below.

We'd love for you to show your appreciation for this chance to win. Please stop by BasicGrey's Facebook page and say thank you. If you haven't already liked their page, now would be a great time to do so!

We'll close this contest on September 17th at midnight EST and pick a winner with 3 days. You may want to check out BasicGrey's blog as well. We're giving away little something over there, too.

This month we are offering our first self-paced class "Every Summer Tells a Story Mini Album Class." It's taught by our own Angie Gutshall and it utilizes BasicGrey's new Capture album and products, plus our September kits. Here is the link for Angie's class that can be found on for sale for $10 in the Citrus Twist Kits store:  http://www.citrustwistkits.com/store We have 2 custom flair for anyone who signs up for this class by midnight PST on Sunday, September 15th.

Angie has combined the BasicGrey Capture line with our September kits and she will lead you through ideas to make your own album of memories. One of the many things we love about her class is you don't need to go on vacation and it doesn't matter what time of year it is to make an album like this. Angie's Bucket List idea is a perfect format to build a commemorative album to cherish.
Here is a picture of her album cover:

  9. My 4yr old son loves to paint and on a whim my Mom bought some face paint for him so he could paint her face (he tried with regular paint once). I laughed so hard! It was really sweet of her. She would have never let ME do that when I was little but I guess that is one of the great things about being a Grandma!

  27. My boys make me smile. I was so worried while I was pregnant that my son wasn't going to take to being a big brother very well. He had a rough few days adjusting but he absolutely adores his baby brother. Our youngest is now 7 months and our oldest is almost 3. We've just started the transition of putting the baby in his own crib (the boys will be sharing a room once the transition is complete) at the insistence of the toddler. I honestly wasn't ready, but he asks for our littlest to sleep in his room with him every day at nap time and every night when he's being put to bed. It warms my heart that they have such a great relationship. This morning, the toddler spent a solid 45 minutes in the baby's crib playing with him. My husband told me that he listened to them both giggling the entire time. <3
